Wes Lake is a friend and someone I met on LinkedIn in 2011 when I asked for help in supplying information to job seekers from people sitting opposite of them at the interviewing desk. He works as a Senior Career Transition Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison and helps people in transitioning careers. Lake also moderates a LinkedIn group called ‘Rapidployment for West Michigan’.
